Song of the Week: Feeder – ‘Blue Sky Blue’
My song of the week comes from a completely different genre. Feeder is a well known rock band firmed in Newport, Wales. Today they released their latest album ‘Tallulah‘ (whatever that means). The album contains 12 tracks, which are very different within a certain range. Nevertheless I would assign the music of Feeder to the Britpop genre. It wasn’t easy for me to choose a song from the album as a favorite. I can only recommend every Britpop fan not to jump on a single. The whole album is hörswet. Nevertheless I decided for ‘Blue Sky Blue‘. Why this song? The harmonies are wonderful, the chorus is catchy and the guitars sound like a wall. I love it!
Listen to the song on the ‘British Casual Empire‘ playlist.
