Ryan Shade's "Remember These Days" is a Nu Disco and Vocal House track released on Music Advisor Recordings, featuring a relaxed House groove and a repeated vocal phrase intended to evoke personal memories. The song blends familiar House elements like piano chords and a rolling bassline with a clean, current production, making it suitable for both dancefloors and more relaxed settings. Its major-key mood and steady tempo allow it to fit seamlessly into summer House playlists, daytime DJ sets, and club sessions that require warmth without losing pace.
A melody or vocal hook can recall a particular time and place. Ryan Shade‘s “Remember These Days” draws on that feeling with its repeated vocal phrase and relaxed House groove. Released on Music Advisor Recordings, the track moves between Vocal House and Nu Disco. It has enough momentum for a dancefloor set, but also suits the quieter parts of a night: a late drive, sunset drinks, or time with friends. The rhythm stays steady while the vocal leaves room for listeners to connect the song with memories of their own.
Nu Disco and Vocal House with a summer feel
“Remember These Days” sits comfortably between Nu Disco and Vocal House. Ryan Shade works with familiar House elements, including piano chords, a rolling bassline, claps, and shuffled percussion, without aiming to recreate a particular era. The production is clean and current, with a loose disco influence in its groove and melodic shape. That balance makes the track useful for summer House playlists, daytime DJ sets, and club sessions that need warmth without losing their pace.

The repeated vocal, “Remember These Days”, gives the track a clear focal point. It is a short phrase rather than a detailed lyric, which is part of why it remains memorable. Each return suggests noticing the present before it turns into a memory. For DJs and listeners, the vocal provides an immediate connection while the instrumental groove does most of the work.

Shade places bright piano chords over a funky bassline. The piano recalls 1990s House music, while shuffling hi-hats and crisp claps keep the arrangement moving. The bass supports the track without taking over, leaving the chord progression and vocal phrase in focus. Each element has a distinct role, which gives the song the directness expected of a functional House record.

The mix keeps the melodic parts warm while retaining the low-end weight needed on a club sound system. On headphones, the piano and vocal carry much of the atmosphere. On larger speakers, the kick and bassline take on more of the physical pull. That makes it a natural fit for golden-hour listening, when daylight is fading and the night is still gathering pace. It is dance music without the harder edge associated with peak-time House.
Ryan Shade’s releases on Music Advisor Recordings
“Remember These Days” fits naturally among Ryan Shade’s releases on Music Advisor Recordings. His work moves through different corners of House music but returns to groove, melody, and club-ready rhythm. The tracks are not identical; the shared approach is a preference for clear movement rather than arrangements crowded with competing ideas.
His “Disco Affairs” collaborations with Martin Eigenberg bring Italo Disco references into modern club beats. These tracks connect disco basslines, electronic drums, and melodic hooks. Shade’s solo work often takes a more direct route. “I Gotta Know” builds tension for the dancefloor, while “Slow Down” moves at a less urgent pace and leaves more space in the groove. “Remember These Days” falls between those approaches. It shares the disco-leaning character of the collaborations, but its structure remains focused and economical. Melody and mood matter as much as the beat, helping the track work beyond a strictly club-focused setting.
What are the best settings and use cases for “Remember These Days”?
Its major-key mood and steady tempo make “Remember These Days” easy to place in different settings. It can sit in a Nu Disco playlist without feeling out of place and works equally well next to melodic Vocal House releases. The track has enough lift for social settings without demanding attention at every moment. That restraint can be more useful than a record built entirely around a dramatic drop.
-
The bassline has a consistent forward pull that suits a road trip, especially when the journey matters more than the destination. The rhythm keeps moving without becoming aggressive, and the repeated vocal brings an easy familiarity to a car playlist. It works well for driving at sunset or for the stretch of road after a long day.
-
At a rooftop gathering, beach club playlist session, or casual aperitivo with friends, the track adds energy without dominating the room. The piano and disco-influenced groove keep the tone light, while the beat still offers something to move to. It is particularly effective when a playlist shifts from background listening into a more active evening.
-
Its consistent rhythm also suits running, walking, or cardio sessions when a little extra momentum is welcome. The arrangement has a predictable pulse without feeling overly rigid. Listeners who prefer melodic House to heavy drops may find it easy to return to during everyday movement.
A focused House track built around groove and melody
“Remember These Days” keeps its approach simple: a memorable vocal, bright House piano chords, a disco-shaped bassline, and a groove that continues to move. These are familiar parts, but Ryan Shade uses them with restraint. The result works on a dancefloor, in a summer House playlist, and during ordinary moments that later become memorable. Its strength lies in how naturally it fits those settings without forcing a fixed identity onto the listener.
