Ryan Shade and Martin Eigenberg's "Disco Affairs Part 2" is a Disco House track released by Music Advisor Recordings, an imprint of Klangspot Recordings, crafted to deliver uncomplicated joy to the dancefloor. This track skillfully merges the soulful warmth of 1970s disco with the precise production and steady groove of modern house music, typically maintaining a tempo between 120 to 125 BPM. It features bright synth melodies and playful vocal snippets that provide swagger and direct focus back to movement, distinguishing it from more percussion-led club tracks.
The dancefloor still has room for uncomplicated joy. While much current electronic music favours industrial techno, darker moods, or stripped-back arrangements, Disco Affairs Part 2 takes a lighter route. This Disco House track is made for movement, with bright melodies and an easygoing energy.
Producers Ryan Shade and Martin Eigenberg continue their collaborative release series with “Disco Affairs Part 2”. Following the first Disco Affairs release, the new track remains focused on the club while bringing a stronger melodic Nu-Disco touch to the mix.
Music Advisor Recordings, an imprint of Klangspot Recordings, released the track. Its sound draws on 1970s disco while using the weight and clarity associated with modern house music production. It can work in a busy DJ set, but it also suits listeners looking for lively electronic dance music that keeps things playful.
Rhythm, melody, and vocal hooks carry the track. Together, they give it a playful edge and place Shade and Eigenberg comfortably between Nu-Disco and Disco House.
Disco House: vintage soul and modern production
Disco Affairs Part 2 sits in the Disco House, often called Nu-Disco, tradition. The style adapts the warmth, funk, and melodic pull of 1970s disco for contemporary clubs. Rather than copying older records note for note, Disco House pairs disco’s human lift with a steady house groove that DJs can use in a set.
Classic disco recordings often featured string arrangements, brass sections, live bass, and drummers. Modern Disco House retains some of that musical character but commonly uses programmed drums, synthesizers, sampled textures, and a consistent club pulse. Compressed kick drums can cut through larger sound systems, while funky basslines often come from analog-style synth patches rather than bass guitar. Many Disco House tracks sit around 120 to 125 BPM, a tempo that keeps the groove moving without becoming too forceful.
Shade and Eigenberg work within that balance. Disco brings warmth and release; a house record also needs enough low-end presence and rhythmic control for the club. Disco Affairs Part 2 aims for both without becoming overly polished or stiff.
How the track is built
Klangspot Recordings describes the track through a strong beat, a memorable melody, and cheeky vocals. That direct description suits the arrangement. Each element has a clear role, and nothing is lost beneath unnecessary detail.
The groove (the beat) Disco Affairs Part 2 opens with a driving four-on-the-floor house beat. The kick drum provides the foundation, while syncopated hi-hats, claps, and a rolling bassline give the groove its bounce. The result feels physical rather than simply loud. This is dance music first, and it is less suited to quiet background listening.
The melody Plenty of tech-house releases rely almost entirely on drum loops and repetition. This track gives the melody more space. A bright synth line and chord progression form its centre, and the tune remains present after the last beat. That melodic focus gives this Ryan Shade and Martin Eigenberg release a different character from more percussion-led club tracks.
The vocals The vocal snippets provide much of the record’s character. Disco House vocals do not always tell a complete story; they can work as another rhythmic element, adding timing and attitude to the beat. Here, the short, confident phrases bring swagger without turning the song into a vocal-house anthem. They keep the mood loose and direct attention back to the dancefloor.
Ryan Shade and Martin Eigenberg
Club records benefit from producers who understand how a crowd’s energy can shift during a set. Ryan Shade and Martin Eigenberg write with timing in mind: when to hold a groove, when to introduce a melody, and when to let the arrangement open up.
Their collaboration brings rhythm, arrangement, and melodic ideas together in a unified production. The Disco Affairs series has a recognisable approach: solid drums, funk-led basslines, and melodies that remain audible beside the beat. The production is clean, but the groove retains enough roughness and fun to avoid sounding clinical.
The label context: Rutesheim and Nu-Disco
Music Advisor Recordings released Disco Affairs Part 2 within the wider Klangspot Recordings family.
The label operates from Rutesheim in Baden-Württemberg, within Germany’s Stuttgart metropolitan region. Geography does not determine a track’s sound, but it provides context for the label’s focus on production and mastering.
The Stuttgart area is closely associated with engineering, automotive manufacturing, and technical production. Klangspot Recordings brings a similar attention to detail to its electronic music releases. That matters when a track moves between headphones, home speakers, car systems, and club rigs. A good Nu-Disco mix should retain its groove in each setting, even though no mix sounds identical everywhere.
On Disco Affairs Part 2, the low end remains full without becoming muddy. The synths stay clear in the middle frequencies, while the hi-hats and vocals remain present without turning harsh. Shade and Eigenberg supply the musical ideas, and the finished Disco House track is shaped to translate across different playback systems.
Where the track works
Disco Affairs Part 2 suits several energetic settings. Its steady beat and melodic lift make it a natural fit for club DJ sets, house parties, workouts, and a drive when the usual playlist has lost momentum.
1. Club peak hour DJs can use the track to move a set away from darker tech house without losing momentum. In the middle or later part of a night, its brighter melody can shift the mood while keeping the house music foundation intact. It is a useful choice when a set needs some funk without dropping its pace.
2. Pre-party playlists Before a night out, the track raises the energy without overwhelming the room. It has enough groove for people getting ready or dancing around the kitchen, yet it does not require full attention. That balance makes it a useful addition to a Disco House party playlist.
3. Workouts The consistent 4/4 rhythm also suits cardio sessions. Its pace stays steady, and the upbeat synth melody can make a treadmill or stationary-bike session feel less repetitive. It will not suit every workout mood, especially for listeners who prefer harder techno, but it has enough drive for a focused session.

Disco Affairs Part 2 by Ryan Shade & Martin Eigenberg is available on Spotify and Apple Music. It fits a party playlist, a personal electronic music collection, or a queue for later listening.

A direct Disco House track for the dancefloor
Disco Affairs Part 2 does not need much explanation before it gets to work. It is a dance record with a straightforward idea: put the day’s stress aside and move for a while. A good groove, a hook, and a little flash can be enough.
Ryan Shade and Martin Eigenberg combine a driving beat, bright melody, and playful vocal cuts in a track with a clear purpose. The production is clean without feeling sterile. There is funk in the bassline, shine in the synths, and enough punch for a club sound system.
Play it through your preferred streaming service, turn it up to a sensible level, and decide where it fits best. It can hold its place in a DJ set, a workout playlist, or a late-night session with friends.
